Ritvik Lukose is a lawyer, mediator, entrepreneur and management consultant. He has practised as a corporate lawyer and led organisations in the areas of legal education, talent management and business consulting.

Ritvik presently co-leads Vahura and Counselect. In addition to leading the organisation he is deeply engaged with clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, management consulting and board advisory. He has sat on multiple boards as an executive director and has some non-executive director experience.

He is a trained mediator by JAMS and CAMP.  has also been trained in Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations in the Board by IFC and CEDR.

He specialises in mediating co-founder disputes and commercial disputes. Having been an entrepreneur and a co-founder himself, he understands the dynamics of co-founders and realities of the business.
