More than upskilling this course has been a journey of self discovery for me. Coming from a remote loaction this course gave me an oppurtunity to meet and interact with professionals sharing similar interests from different parts of the country. The learnings of this course are extremely relevant not only from a professional standpoint but also in fulfilling one’s personal development goals. Post this course, I am definitely a better listener who has build some capacity towards confronting disputes more openly and maturely.
