Since I took up the programme in the middle of my legal education, it was an experience that really expanded my perspective of what legal disputes are. I’ve not only improved as a resolver of disputes, but have also developed stronger interpersonal skills, sensitivity, and the ability to connect better with people who come to me for any sort of help. This, I feel, will be instrumental in my legal career, whether as a mediator or a solicitor, as building a rapport with clients and human beings is a skill that can set one apart from the rest.
