CAMP Mediation Desk has been offering mediation services to our disputants at the State Commission and the District Consumer Commissions at Bangalore since December, 2017. This service has been initiated by my predecessor, Justice Indrakala and continued by me. Through the CAMP Mediation Desk we have mediated over 190 cases, in diverse categories like Real Estate, Banking, Insurances, Medical negligence etc. The mediations’ are conducted both physically and virtually. This mediation initiative has provided a great deal of relief to our parties.

The mediation services rendered by CAMP has been excellent. They work collaboratively with our staff, guiding them in the coordination of this program and ensure the smooth functioning of the Mediation desk. We congratulate them on their commitment and hard work to deliver efficient and smooth mediation services. Each of their mediators have been commendable.
