Principal Associate
Anubhab Banerjee is a trained Mediator and a Registered Advocate with the Bar Council of India. Anubhab currently works as a Principal Associate with CAMP Arbitration and Mediation Practice. He plays a key role in developing and implementing top-tier mediation services, standards, and education.
Anubhab serves as the course coordinator for the India International Mediation Training Program (CAMP-EMA) and has developed collaborative dispute resolution training programs delivered at prestigious institutions including NALSAR, NUJS, NLUD, APIIT (Sri Lanka), HNLU, and many others.
A trained mediator (CAMP-EMA), Anubhab manages casework and actively contributes to the expansion of CAMP’s business verticals. Through his work, he has supported initiatives by the Ministry of Law and Justice and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, reflecting his commitment to dispute resolution.
Anubhab has been actively involved in training law students in mediation and negotiation, contributing to their growth as dispute resolution professionals. His mediation experience covers a varied spectrum of cases, including money recovery, consumer issues, workplace, matrimonial, and life insurance claims, consistently guiding parties toward effective resolutions.
He is an IMI Qualified Mediator and a Mediation Advocate accredited by SCMA, London. A graduate of Alliance University Bangalore and the Global Academy for Advocacy in Dispute Resolution (GAADR, 2019 & 2024), Anubhab is passionate about shaping the future of mediation in India.
