We are now looking for a creative and driven Marketing and Communications professional to help amplify our mission and build deeper engagement with our growing community.
Role Overview
The Marketing and Communications Associate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across platforms, helping communicate CAMP’s programs, training initiatives, mediation services, and thought leadership. The role combines content creation, social media management, basic design, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead CAMP’s digital presence by developing and executing platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) that strengthen our brand and expand our reach.
- Create compelling and high-quality content, including posts, reels, stories, visuals, and write-ups, that communicate our training programs, mediation initiatives, events, and impact.
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, scripting, designing, posting, and performance tracking.
- Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely, consistent, and engaging communication aligned with CAMP’s goals.
- Draft clear and engaging communication materials, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, event campaigns, reports, and impact highlights.
- Collaborate closely with the Training & Program Teams to capture stories, insights, cohort journeys, and real-time updates from ongoing sessions.
- Monitor analytics and audience engagement, prepare monthly insights, and recommend content/strategy improvements based on data.
- Support website updates to keep information and messaging current.
- Document and package success stories, testimonials, case studies, and milestone achievements into shareable formats for digital and offline use.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers (designers, videographers, agencies) as needed.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly and creatively.
- Basic design ability (Canva or similar tools).
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and coordinate with the team.
- Prior experience in marketing, communications, or content creation is an advantage.
